Buyer location: UAES_NULL?

Was contacted earlier today by a user on a newly registered account (registered yesterday) with no feedback who made an offer on one of my items.

Now, here's where things got interesting. Their profile page says they are located in "United States," but in every email they've sent me their location data says they are located in "UAES_NULL (default, default)."

Now, I don't normally put much trust in users on new accounts with no feedback, having had several of them bid on and win my auctions but never pay for the items. So, I have reason to be cautious when a user on a brand new account makes an offer or contacts me about one of my items. I interpreted UAES to mean "United Arab Emigrate States," as a search on Google brought that back as a possible country name. Informed them via ebay messaging that I don't ship overseas, at which point they got very irate and quite rude calling me an a-hole among other insults in their replies and claiming they were in the USA and never lived anywhere else.

Questions: What does UAES_NULL (default, default) mean, and is there a chance they are actually in the USA? First time I've seen this in location data...

Is there possibly something wrong with their account registration and it's showing the wrong location?

Clearly it means, "Please put me on your blocked-bidder list."  

Or it might mean that the member entered an invalid address.

Oops, had a typo. Meant to type "Emirate," but somehow ended up typing "Emigrate."

If they're going to become irate, call you names and be rude, just block and move on. You don't want to deal with this person anymore, especially after a sale. If they did enter an invalid address, it's only going to cause more problems with the transaction.

I have seen UAES_NULL sometimes when it is a brand new member and they haven't yet gotten their info inputted. After a while the real address will appear. It has nothing to do with the United Arab Emirates nor any indication as to where they are located.
