Buyer left negative in error

Hi, a buyer left a negative in error for me back in June (I don't sell often, and just noticed it now). Her comment was very positive, so I don't know what went wrong. It looks like it's over 90 days, so is it still possible for the feedback to be revised?

Alas, the deadline for sending a feedback revision request to a buyer is 30 days after the feedback was left.

 

You might have some luck calling Customer Support, and pointing out that the feedback violates the policy against leaving a comment that's inconsistent with the rating, asking them to remove it.

Leaving negative feedback for the wrong seller, can happen.

 

But negative feedback by accident - when I left my one and only negative in 19 years for a scammer, the system kept asking me if I was sure I wanted to do it.

I think the negative had less of an impact before you added the reply. A professional response is always best, even for a casual seller. The buyer's actual comment was very positive so it was clear the neg was an error.
