Hey all,
So we just got our first negative review from a noob with only a (3) rating. He (or she) paid using an eCheck and of course, the eCheck takes time to clear (and as I write this still has not) but apparently decided that when nobody responded to emails (asking where the item is and when it will arrive within 2 days of purchasing it), left negative feedback.
I have already reported the buyer to eBay and actually responded to the individual before even realizing that negative feedback was left.
So the question is this, will eBay take off the negative feedback or do I need to call and talk to someone directly? if so, how and who?
Thanks guys (and gals)
(and ya know, everyone else too;)

Call ebay after 10 AM PST.
State that payment was made with e-check which had not cleared.
Ask that feedback be removed, while you remain on the phone.

There is reason to be hopeful in this case.
Ebay has removed such negs before.

Okay thanks, but what phone number do I use?

Why did you not respond to their emails? If they are new, perhaps they didn't realize they used an eCheck, or even what an eCheck IS. On that part of it, I can kinda understand the bad communication.

At the bottom of the page you get to when clicking that link, there is a smiling pretty lady and a button inviting "contact us". That will get you a phone number.

We're not allowed to post eBay phone numbers here on the eBay discussion boards.
How eBay is that?

Perhaps next time you get an echeck you should email the buyer and set their expectations? I think you could have handled this better.
