Buyer is haggling with himself

LOL.To clarify, I don't have best offers for any of my items nor do I negotiate.

Buyer sends a message "accept an offer of $ 13 for her? please". Three minutes later I get a second message "accept an offer of $ 14 for her? please". Ten minutes after that, I get yet another 3rd message "accept an offer of $ 12 for her? please."

FYI, this is all for the same exact item.

With the 1st offer at $13 I thought we had the same buyer person.

GTC fixed price without offers enabled I get a message:

13.00$ with shipping

Nothing else.  That is about 46% off the listed price.

2 year old account with a (4) feedback.

Got no second offer, as the 1st offer got the person an all expenses paid trip to my list.
