Buyer hasnt paid shipping

It seems a buyer only paid for the item and not the shipping. Is this a glitch or did I miss something when listing the item/ accepting the offer?

Ive only made 2 sales so my funds are on hold but it says the buyer paid 25$ for the item and 0$ for shipping (which should be 15$), however on the other sale it lists both the item price and shipping as paid.

Did this buyer get out of paying shipping or is it a glitch? Should I cancel the order since I need the money for shipping?

Re: Buyer hasnt paid shipping

Your listing offered free shipping to buyers in the US.

eBay.com is the US site.  When you list on eBay.com, "domestic" shipping means shipping to buyers in the US.

Re: Buyer hasnt paid shipping

Thank you so much I wanted to offer free shipping and make the item price higher but then changed my mind and forgot to correct it.

Ill see what I can do now, thanks again.

Re: Buyer hasnt paid shipping

I offer Free Shipping to Canada and the USA, and I agree that the way to do it is to put your costs into the asking price.

We all make mistakes.

But when I list on dot COM with Free Shipping , the US shipping can  be marked as Free.

But the Canada shipping I mark as $0.00.

You could do the same for your European shipments.

You can cancel the order after 4 days and then block the buyer from further taking up your time.

You can read the OP now instead of waiting 4 days and then avoid further taking up your time.

You should just ship the item to the buyer.  You made a mistake, the buyer didn't.  It happens.  We make mistakes sometimes.  Own them, do the best you can with them to not impact your buyer, in this case that is ship the item.  Learn from it and move on.
