I sold a $900 piece of furniture - local pickup only - on November 15.
I contacted the buyer the day of the sale to ask when she wanted to arrange pickup - she's in another state. She said maybe that weekend. Great! I gave my cell phone number.
I've emailed her through eBay 3 more times - and have had no response. It's now almost a month. The $$ is on my account and I really DO NOT want to have to relist it.
What do I do?

You can not force them to pickup. Cancel, refund, relist and block that buyer.

Relist the item. Keep the funds available to refund then to original buyer if it sells again. If buyer decides to pick up, end the new listing.

If the first buyer has had almost a month to pick-up or arrange for pickup, why would you give them another chance?
They have been sent 3 messages by the OP plus any that may have been sent by eBay, that ship has sailed, time to move on.
If the OP cancels in the 30 days, they should get their fees back less the .30 cent transaction fee. You can't relist something that has been sold and paid for while it is still pending pickup, the first one needs to be canceled first, so it is closed out.
