Buyer hasn't paid and is asking me change to shipping address. How do I do that?

Buyer purchased a dress from me and messaged me saying that she lives in Australia and would like the dress shipped to her sister in America. I am also in America. Buyer hasn't paid yet.

I thought that when a buyer goes to pay, they can usually change the shipping address, right?  Is there a way to do it from my end?

The buyer should just go to checkout, where there is a "change" link next to their name and address.

Yes, they can change their shipping address at checkout. I believe this will cover you under ebay buyer protection. If you were to change the address when printing the label I believe you would risk your seller protection.
