A buyer has asked if I would break up lot and how much for just 1.
eBay has blocked all information that I need to answer with offer.
Who is it? What is their feedback are they reliable?
Where are they located? For shipping cost.
Instead of information I need to make a decision they give link after link to pages that have nothing to do with the question.

You seem to sell books: is this one of them in a lot??
If so: you must decide if it is worth the time to break up a lot:
Can you sell the rest.
Only you can decide.
Is it worth your time to end listing and redo such??

Here's the information you need to make your decision. Just say, "Sorry, no."

Any reputable offer or question is done through ebay messages.
If the info isn't available...if you can't just hit "Reply" then it's not anybody you need to deal with.

If eBay has blocked all the information you need to answer with an offer, what does that tell you?

@mayflowers0_0I would add the username to my Blocked Buyer List. If you click on their username, and there's no info available, I wouldn't want to sell to them.

If they have a ebay username, which I assume they do if they sent you a ebay message,
some of their information is available on the ebay website.
Feedback.
Location.
When they opened their account.

You don't get much info on buyers just from a question. If their general location isn't enough, which is there as inhawaii mentioned, you can always ask them for more info, but I've never done that.

I'm not sure if this is the right way to reply to all, but here goes. The person asked if I would break up a set. There was a link to reply. There was a link to send offer. There was no link to who or where the person is located. No link to find out who i'm dealing with. I googled how to find an eBay member. You can only find sellers. This person is a seller with terrible feedback and is located in Ukraine. No reply needed. I think a seller should have the ability to know who they are communicating with; eBay thinks otherwise, and they are the boss. I thank you all for your help.

Just tell the buyer that the lot can't be broken up & move on.
Hang in there!
