Hi all,
I sold a new Canada Goose jacket on eBay and shipped via fedex. The buyer send an email and I can tell they are a professional scammer on eBay. They said the brand new jacket I sent did not match the description and was dirty, old and gross. Clearly a lie and uploaded photos of only what I can assume is an obviously diff jacket.
I wrote the buyer back saying they are scamming and also sent ebay a note reporting the buyer. My paypal account is frozen until this is resolved.
Here is my big problem...I was working this morning and saw on my ebay Mobile app that I had a notification. I went in to see if it was a new message and inadvertently hit CONTINUE button which I did not realize had the "I accept the return" as a DEFAULT?! So now the status shows as I accept the return and I have no way to reach out to anyone at ebay and get this resolved.
I am literally beyond frustrated at this experience and not being able to speak to someone asap to get this mess sorted. I mean really, I dont even want to sell on here anymore this has proven to be such a rotten experience let alone that I now am worried I am out not only my new jacket but the value I sold it for.
Can someone PLEASE help me?! Is there a number I can call...some way I can get this resolved????

That behavior scares new sellers and can take the fun and insentive out of wanting to sell your things. Stand firm and contact Ebay, they will help you.

Was that the ones worth 1000s of dollars and sold for hundreds of dollars instead?
