Good morning,
I have a return request from a buyer who cannot print return label, she has no printer. What do I need to do?

Print it and mail it to them?

Local library for free or maybe a small fee usually a quarter.

Not your problem. She can find a way to print it or keep the item.

Thank you, I did suggest she might have a friend with a printer or the local library would be able to. She is very adamant she is wanting me to mail her label. Is this even possible for me to do?
By the time you mail her a label and she receives it .... the return window can be closed.
Besides....If you purchase a label and she doesn't use it, you will be out the money for the label.
If you want to be helpful ... Google places that she can print in her area and send her the list.
If she doesn't use the label within 5 business days, you can have the return closed.

I’d tell her to call eBay customer service with her issue.

Not everyone has a printer or even a library close by.
I had to return something from another site. The item I bought was out of stock and had been for some time, but never adjusted on the site, so instead of contacting me and asking did I want to cancel or substitute something else, they just sent something else, which I already had. Return was specified as UPS. I asked for a USPS label. Can't have one. No UPS store anywhere near, item didn't fit in the drop box, and they would have charged $25.00 for a pick up. I informed the person in charge that if they paid for the return via UPS, fine, as I was not paying $25.00 to return. Issue a call tag. Not happening. After some back and forth, I reported it to the site, who referred it to the manager, then I was told why didn't I ask for a USPS label. I re-sent the message asking for it and being told I couldn't have it. They acted like this whole thing was my fault, when they should have had an accurate listing, and checked with me if they were out of stock and asking if I wanted to cancel or choose another item instead of just substituting. Finally a USPS label came, sent it back, got a refund. I won't buy there again.
You could ask her to just mail it with tracking and insurance and you wil reimburse that upon receipt, she would have your word and the message would be proof for CS, or you can print the label and mail it~and call CS for a ten day extension on the deadline to give her time to get it in the mail. You can make note of the tracking number to enter it into the case.

Castle, if the buyer doesn't send the item, the seller still gets charged for the label...
I understand that is a concern. That is why I said he can reimburse shipping upon receipt. Just throwing out different ways. I don't recall what the time period is to void a label for reimbursement if it isn't used.

Ouch, yes that was alot to go through, I felt my listing was accurate and she received a beautiful item that I had accepted her lower offer for. That being said she certainly has a different opinion and that is ok too, no problem I readily accept returns for any reason. I am finding the only label I have access to is the original sale from me to her. Ebay auto accepted and emailed her a return label, I dont see any option for me to print it. Sorry this happened to you and I certainly feel for my customer in this instance, I just dont see how to print and get it to her before the case time.
That's so kind of you and sorry to inflict my tale of woe here; I just thought it might provide some perspective from a buyer's side. Maybe I missed the auto accept, my apologies. You really can't do anything else then. I'm sorry you are in this situation as you have been most reasonable and caring; maybe CS can help her. Maybe she could gift it to someone or sell it herself, but most probably she won't be open to those suggestions, alhthough some buyers are considerate and do things like that.
