A buyer has some issues with an item that he bought over 90 days ago. It would be nice if I could review the item before I respond to his message. eBay puts us at a huge disadvantage in this regard. Is there a way to find the listing using the Wayback Machine Internet Archives?

@bookdey I've had some luck using the Advanced link at the top right of an ebay page. Click it, the type in the exact title you used for your listing. Then click on the square next to sold listings, then search. Your listing should show up. Did the buyer open a return, or are they just messaging you?
I have also found older listings by finding the email ebay sent telling me the item had sold. There is usually link on the email ( you might have to scroll down the page).
Best of Luck!

I don’t think you can at 90days..perhaps if the buyer provided you with item number etc. you could search it

Thanks! I forgot about the emails! I found enough info from the sold email to feel confident about my replay to customer.
He didn't open a return. Just a message.
