I am a US seller and today I had a buyer from France open a case due to an item not arriving. However, when I try to click "see request details" in the message I received, it takes me to a login page for the French Ebay site. I have no account there so of course there's nothing for me to log in to. Right now I can find no way to see the details or respond to the buyer appropriately to help resolve the case. I've thought about just sending a message directly to his Ebay user ID, but I'm worried this might not register with Ebay as responding to his case and they'll think I've done nothing by the 6/20 deadline they've given me.
Thoughts?

Thanks. It initially wouldn't let me in to the .fr site but I was eventually able to get in.
