The tracking says items delivered, but the buyer filed a dispute with eBay. We’ve messaged each other many times. The fact that eBay has buyer protection guarantee, would it favor the buyer no matter what?! . Would eBay will give money back to the buyer even though the tracking says delivered?!

For a seller, this is the best "dispute" to have filed against you. It's the easiest slam-dunk win. But you must respond with the tracking number.
I also add to the comments that "According to USPS, tracking #(fill in blank) was delivered on (date) at (time) to (zip code)."

No, provide the tracking info in the dispute and you are done. You win

Stop communicating with the buyer.
Up load the tracking number into the dispute case. Since tracking shows the item was delivered to your buyer. Then eBay will find in your favor. Very important>>>>>DO NOT REFUND<<<<<

A good percentage of the time they will end up finding the item, someone else in the house put it somewhere, it was left at a door they never use, delivered to a neighbor ect.
Then the USPS occasionally scans something as delivered the day before they actually deliver it.

One thing that I do if this happens is to provide the buyer with a photo of the "Online Label Record" that I keep from each sale.
That shows the buyer the tracking #, and the address to which it was shipped.
Some suggest, and you may have done this already, to have the buyer contact the carrier with the tracking # to confirm the location of the delivery. The GPS scans are very accurate.
And as to the ? of would Bay give the money back? Well, sometimes they will, but in your case where it shows delivery, if they do it will be from eBay's wallet instead of yours. Sometimes they do a courtesy refund to close the situation out.
When you load the tracking that shows delivery, as others posted, eBay will find in your favor, and close the case. After that there is still the possibility of a charge back via the buyer's payment method. With your tracking, and proof of delivery you will be (should be) once again covered by eBay "seller protection". If there is a charge back you will again need to provide that tracking info. As long as you shipped to the address provided at checkout you will be (should be) golden.

And respond to the case IMMEDIATELY with the tracking. Don't let the case time out, or eBay will step in and you'll likely lose.

Thank you all.. she keeps harassing me, even though I shipped to the correct address. Strange thing is that she only writes me in Spanish. Not even a single word in English.

This happens a lot when FedX or USP uses USPS for the final delivery.
I hate making sure to be home all day for a delivery then it is marked as delivered only to be delivered in the next day or so.

Either you understand Spanish or you use Google Translate to find out what she is saying.
In any case, once you win the case by uploading the tracking information, put her on your Blocked Bidder List.
By now you likely recognize her name in messages and emails.
You can delete them without reading or file them without reading.
After you win, you can block her on your email address if she has been bugging you there.

Use Google translate and write her back in Spanish.
