Buyer filed a Request toady claiming because their item hasn't arrived

But my tracking shows it was delivered Feb, 11. I bought the shipping label on Ebay.

Will Ebay force me to refund?

Last time Ebay forced me to refund the customer without returning my item. And also charged me $20 more for chargeback.

Enter the tracking number into the case and then call ebay and ask them to close the case in your favor while you have them on the phone.
