I sold a phone cover for £2.50 to a guy on the 29th Sept . Posted it on Saturday 3rd 1st class postage! Informed buyer of postage date etc. Today i have a case opened against me! The cost in total P&P included £6.20, i could easily refund this but feel that i should stand up to this buyer. The item was not sent recorded delivery {value didnt justify}. I do however have proof of postage. Can i contact PP and produce this or is it a waste of time. Gutted that after 10yrs on ebay that this clown can do this to me!

Somehow you got shunted to eBay US rather than eBay UK - you might be able to get more specific answers, including P&P conditions, on the UK boards.

Unfortunately, the UK site is misdirecting members to the US discussion boards. Since you are a UK seller, you;ll want to check the UK discussion boards for the best advice on procedures for ebay.co.uk.

But if you see this, without tracking (proof of delivery) it is 100% on your to prove that it was delivered. Without it, both ebay and PP will be of no help and you will have to refund.
