I can't see what you sell or your return policy (which I'm assuming is no -returns). If you're no returns, you can legit refuse the return as long as it's not a not as described return request. When I was no-returns I would offer the buyer my photos and description to resell it themselves.
TBH, though, while as a buyer I respect a no-return policy, as a seller I found it to be a big hassle and started taking returns. Your buyer is being honest about the reason (just didn't like) and you can always just take the return for item price and resell it.
Up to you.

I can't see the listing and can't tell what your return policy is.
If your policy is returns accepted you have to accept a return for any reason. The buyer would pay return shipping.
If your policy is no returns you can refuse the return.
The buyer can file a dispute on PayPal if they lose on eBay.

I would accept it as a "remorse" return. That way the buyer pays the return shipping. You just have to refund the item price.
Hope you get it back in good enough condition that you can re-sell it.
Good luck to you!

It honestly doesn't matter what you want, or what they say. It can be the clearest case of buyers remorse or clearly a buyer not reading a description, ebay will force the return down your throat one way or another & there is quite literally nothing you, me or any other seller can do about it. I'm dealing with 3 very clear cut cases of people who opened return cases based quite literally on flaws that are highlit, shown, described in words etc & I have absolutely no choice but to have the item returned & I lose out on shipping it both ways.
Welcome to EbayZon. You have no rights as a seller.

What is your return policy on the item?
