Buyer did not get the item. USPS Status shows the item is delivered

Hello I sold my Garmin watch on ebay recently. The buyer is saying he did not receive the item. I did check the tracking status and it shows item is delivered. With status "Delivered individual picked up at postal facility." What should i do as a seller. Please help me. I did go to the USPS they said someone with valid ID did pick up the item.

If no claim was filed and this is just through messages, tell your buyer they need to contact their Freight Forwarder in New Castle, DE for the international shipping information because USPS tracking shows the package was successfully delivered to their forwarder.

If the buyer filed a formal claim, go into the claim, click the link to update tracking, it will be pre-filled so you just have to click the confirm button, then in a few days when you can ask eBay to step in do that.

Yeah... but at least in this case everything went as it should, in terms of the USPS marking the item as Delivered when the recipient (the reshipper in this case) picked it up. 

@pshah00713 : tell your buyer that tracking shows that his reshipper has received the package from USPS as intended, and that he should contact the reshipper with any questions about how much longer it will take to reach him.
