Sent an offer to watcher. Watcher countered and I accepted the counter offer. Buyer purchased item but was charged full price. I refunded the difference, but does anyone know why this happened?
Your listing with the original price stays put. The buyer gets the discounted listing in their offers section. Sounds like your buyer bought from the original listing and not the discounted one. It can confuse buyers the way it's set up.
