Buyer changed mind

Buyer won auction.  Paid for it.  And I've created a label but did not ship.
Buyer claims they thought they were bidding on something else and does not want it anymore.
How do I undo this mess?

Cancel the order using Buyer Requested (the refund will happen through the cancellation platform - you don't need to go to PayPal).

Void the shipping label.

Gripe that you won't get your PayPal fees back

Relist it

Cancel the transaction, using at buyers request. Can you still cancel the label?

No effect whatsoever on your account, fvf's will be refunded by eBay, you eat the PayPal fees.

Yes.  Less than 24 hours since making the label.  Lucky for him (me) I missed making it to the PO today.
