Buyer cannot purchase my itens

Hello. I have a potential buyer that told me that he tried to purchase two of my items and was not able to do. He send me a screenshot. On it can be read: "We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payments details including your billing address"

He has no problem purchasing from other people.

He believes its a setting problem with my announcement and so do I.

But where? I revised the item settings and they seem ok for me. How can I find and correct it?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Sorry you are having such a frustrating problem!  Go to your account settings, then click on site preferences and look carefully at the payment details section to be sure everything looks correct.

I see that you are located in Brazil. Where is your buyer located?

Not necessarily relevant, but how can you ship from Brazil to the USA for so cheap? Do you ship without international tracking or something?

Hi dippitydoo. On the "Payment from Buyers" there is:

Accept credit/debit card payments to my merchant credit card account No
eBay is discontinuing support for electronic payments through internet merchant accounts (also known as Integrated Merchant Credit Card (IMCC) accounts). To accept online credit card payments from buyers in the future, you must use either PayPal or managed payments by eBay.
New sellers can no longer set up IMCC as a way to process payments on eBay. For current sellers using IMCC, after Mar 1, 2019, new listings can only be created using an alternate payment acceptance option. After May 1, 2019, eBay is fully discontinuing support for IMCC, and all existing listings will need to be updated with an alternate payment acceptance option. Visit the IMCC overview page to learn more.

Is there a problem with the above options? I never had problems with my previous sell, however, I never used the auction modality before

The Buyers is in USA. Yes, I do offer shipping without tracking (no one ever wanted with it, probably because would be between $5.5 to $8 with it). The fact that the item is a comic book, allow me to send it through one of the "document" options that the Brazil's post service offers for most of the printed material. In the "economic document" that offers no tracking it is about $1.5 for items bellow 100 grams. That because current tax exchange rate is nearly 4-1.

If you are set up to accept USD, and have had previous successful sales in US currency, then the problem must be on the buyer's end.

Check both your ebay and Paypal settings to make sure all worldwide shipping settings and currency conversion settings are enabled.

If nothing helps, try ebay Customer Service on Facebook or Twitter to avoid expensive international phone charges.

Sorry I could not be of more assistance. I don't ship internationally, so maybe someone who does can chime in and help.

This has evidently been a technical issue since at least the end of May and ebay still hasn't fixed it.

Same issue here.  Had 4 buyers over the past 48-72 hours complaining that I display the Paypal badge on my accepted forms of payment but I don't actually accept Paypal, as if it's my fault or something.  😕  I too will be contacting eBay customers "support" to see if they can do anything.

that's what you are showing on site preferences.......  Actually, I presume you can't not use paypal, since it's the only thing except MP now..  Your listings do show paypal accepted and you have made sales so guess it doesn't matter.......
