Hello, recently i sold an item. When the item has arrived to the buyer. She requested a return (partial refund). I accepted it, but there was an error and the partial refund payment didn't go through.
After some negotiation, I negotiatied with her to cancel the return request and she agreed. But the problem is, now, she cannot cancel the request.
I am stuck between not able to do the partial refund and not getting my money.
Please help. I went through all the help section but I cannot find any solution. I also couldn't find any human customer service.
