I sold a console controller last week to a buyer who has a different name (Name A) used on the shipping address compared to the name (Name B) of the account. I didn't think that was a big deal since there are people who buy things as gift.
However, I sold another console today and noticed that the item is going to be shipped to the same address and name (Name A) as the buyer above but it was bought by another account with a different name (Name C).
This is now getting me nervous because it sounds like the buyer is trying to buy something using hacked account but it has been a week and I haven't gotten anything from eBay saying the account is hacked.
Should I try to contact eBay for such suspicious order or just cancel it with some reason like something is wrong with the address?

Possible Freight forwarder address?

The address looks like a regular residential house to me.
I just contacted eBay and was told by the customer support that both of the accounts aren't hacked and I'll be covered by the seller protection if the buyers claim that their accounts are hacked afterward.
Not sure if they would respsect what they said in the chat if something really happens.

Members can have different accounts.
Could be different accounts for their kids?

You forgot to include the most important phrase of that quote (and let me know if you'd like to learn how to use the "quote" function instead of copy/pasting and replying with red text--it's really distracting):
"I just contacted eBay and was told by the customer support that both of the accounts aren't hacked and I'll be covered by the seller protection if the buyers claim that their accounts are hacked afterward."
Cherry-picking and misquoting other people's posts is not really the greatest way to support one's position.

I don't trust that much about seller protection from eBay but I'm also worrying about getting negative feedback if I try to cancel the order as it won't be protected by eBay for sure.

I had that happen to me before.
In my case it was someone from the same household using 2 different usernames because they were using some kind of ebay coupon (limit one per customer). They wanted to buy 2 of my widgets and get a discount on both.

It could just be roommates living at the same address.
It could be someone using multiple accounts because of a single-use eBay coupon.
It could be the same person using guest accounts instead of registering.
