Sold two glass pumpkins to a buyer who purchased on two different days and were sent seperately. She wants to return one but has opened the return request on the wrong pumpkin. They are not the same weight. Can she close the return on her end before opening the return on the correct item she wants to send back? I don't want this to affect my seller account because of her mistake. Geez don't know how she could make this mistake...any advice is appreciated before I call ebay.

Were they the same price?
Was it opened as a remorse return or item not as described?

Remorse...didn't like it. It cost more and it heavier as far as shipping... Told her to close on her end so will see if she does it, or does it correctly. Have my doubts after her first mistake :o(

In situations like this where the shipping takes a bite, on your end or theirs, I would try to work something out because of the chances receiving the glass pumpkin in one piece.
