Buyer asked for a return

I sold something on eBay and they charged me 100 +£ and after that the buyer ask to return the item and after that he didn’t returned to me and eBay want all the money back , for example the item was 950 and I receive minus tax around 850 and now they ask me to pay 950 back and the item it’s still at the buyer .. 

what is that ?

You must provide a return label if you want it back before being forced to refund.  If you didn't then don't expect to get it back.
