Buyer ask to cancel order, I am good with that since I did not ship, my question is how do I cancel order and refund money and get free relisting on this item, normally buyer goes through eBay to cancel and then you get to relist for free, tired of buyers doing this and costing me a relisting fee. Thank you

Buyers always go through the seller for a cancellation, not Ebay.  

Why are you paying Listing Fees?  You have a store.
