Greetings. I have a situation I haven't run into before and would like some advice. A buyer outside of the US has bid on an item I have up for auction. I do not sell/ship outside the US and my listing stated that. Should I let this go through in case the buyer has a US address and bank account or cancel the listing in some way?
Thanks in advance.

A statement in your listing doesn’t help. You need to set your buyer blocks properly.
And cancel that bid.

With the excdeption of the silver pendant and the cup, what you are selling seems to be relatively unbreakable in shipping and pretty cut and dried as it relates to descriptions.
If you are averse to doing international shipping on your own, consider adding eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP) as an option to your listings. The risk of getting the item to the Buyer is limited to your getting the item to the GSP hub in Erlanger, Kentucky---as long as it gets there intact, you are off the hook for Item Not Received (INR) and Significantly Not As Described (SNAD) due to damage. You are still on the hook for other varieties of SNAD though, such as a problem with an accurrate description.
If you want to try it, see if you can cancel the current bid from the international Buyer, then revise your listing to add the GSP as a shipping option, then invite the International Buyer to bid again....the Buyer will see the exact costs they have to pay (domestic shipping, customs fees/duties, International Shipping charge, etc). If they win the auction, your shipping label will be to Kentucky and the GSP will send it the rest of the way.

You block countries you don't ship to, and you block non US currency payments in Paypal. Also accounts in countries that you do not ship to.
