Recently had a buyer mistakenly leave negative feedback claiming they never received their item. Their order had been canceled at their request and they purchased from someone else, I suppose the seller they purchased from instead wasn't a good decision. Unfortunately the buyer confused my account for the one that never shipped the order. I contacted the buyer and they confirmed that it was a mistake and afterwards I sent a feedback revision request. Unfortunately the buyer changed the words of the feedback but left it as negative. Now they are unable to change the feedback again as apparently you only get one change. Is this able to be removed? I have a feeling the buyer won't want to take the time to deal with customer support on my account.

If your transaction with this buyer was CANCELLED at the buyers request, ebay should remove this feedback.
