Buyer Entitlement out of Control

Buyer buys 3 items on Buy 2, get 1 free.

Sends hateful email about being "ripped off"!!!

Why is the cheapest one the FREE one??  Who do we think we are???

Look order up.

Item # 1 was $13.87

Item #2 was $13.89

Item #3 was $13.69

All had free shipping.  So the rant/nasty gram was over 18-20 cents?????

Delivered in 3 days btw.  Not that it matters or the Buyer cares.  This carp is absurd.  I just lost $$$ spending any time at all addressing their email!

idk... don't know what sold/offered etc... but i do know, those kinda deal don't exist here (with me) there is no "buy x get x free" if customer purchases several items in an order I throw something extra in at my choice - usually with repeat buyers that always leave feed back - want buy x get x free - shop at walmart.

It is a promo offer, Buy 2 get 1 Free and you select the items that apply.  Popular with media, lighter weight items, etc
