Buyer Continues to Circumvent my Blocks

I had an auction close on Dec 31st and the high bidder was a person from Australia who I had previously blocked three times (blocked 3 of his separate userid’s).....he was blocked for not paying......I always reported these violations and he obviously creates new accounts and continues to vandalize my auctions.....the underbidders never buy when I send second chance offers because they presume the item was either returned or the auction was shilled......this is very damaging for a seller’s reputation who sells in a competitive niche category......now a days this guy can quickly pay and really stick it to the seller cuz PayPal is now keeping all fees on refunds.....when they buy using a new account it is not always immediately obvious that this is going to be a problematic sale......I have 16 auctions programmed and ready to launch but I am reluctant to run them because this guy create another account and snipe bid all 16 auctions and leave me w no sales whatsoever......eBay CS doesn’t get it nor do they care.....I am very close to losing what little trust I have left in the eBay auction model......they just don’t care

Block buyers from Australia until you can get things sorted out with this buyer.

I would also block all sales to Australia.

seems the easiest way to stop this person.

Since buyers are allowed to open multiple account ids...

It is truly funny how eBay doesn't care about putting any effort into stopping bad buyers from making multiple accounts. They are pretty good at stopping sellers from making multiple accounts to avoid policy violations. It is kinda obvious they don't value their customers (Us sellers) who pay to keep the site up and running. eBay is no longer a safe place to sell in general.
