Buy and then ask for a refund

Hello, I'm being attacked on eBay.

Yesterday I sold 7 games and then asked for a refund. This gave me a lot of headache.

Today, I sold some more games and already asked for a refund again, I do not know what else to do.

They are different users, they pay, they receive the digital game and soon they ask for the refund.

Somebody help me, tell me what I can do to avoid this kind of fraud.

digitally delivered goods can only be listed in ebay classifieds per ebay policy. you are going to continue to be ripped off repeatedly

Maybe the public is getting wind of eBay's new trend of shipping...30 day returns...TRS requires this for your 10% discount...but if your trend keeps happening then YOU will have a negative in sell's  and loss of shipping free which will also count against you...interesting...watch names of buyer's and if they repeat this...only thing you can do is block...must follow through with returns with a smile on your stat's for TRS...

The OP is sending the game digitally.  There is no shipping or return in this case.
