Buy It Now and Turning Off Immediate Payment

I know this has been addressed numerous time. However, I simple cannot figure it out. I have a number of items listed on ebay as Buy it Now (Not taking offers). I used to have buyers place items in their cart and then asked for a total with combined shipping. However, I can no longer do this. Buyers are told this is not possible as I have Payment Required Immediately selected. How do I turn this option off? Do you have to have a store to be able to this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Uncheck the "Require immediate payment when buyer uses Buy It Now" box right under the price field on the listing form.

I think this is the only way now, I sure there used to be a Global setting but I can't find it.

You should be able to use Bulk Edit to change all your listings (to remove IPR) or if you are using Business Policies then you just need to edit those policies.

Buy It Now and Turning Off Immediate Payment

This is where I show my ignorance regarding this issue. Where do I find the listing form? If this is the form used to create a new listing, then is it possible to revise  those items that are already active? Where and how is this done? Thank you for your patience. A step by step process would really help.

the global setting is here

https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements

uncheck the boxes the way you want them

to find the "listing form" just click "Edit" in the option box next to your listing in Active Listings

that is the listing form (the one you used when you created the listing)

I am not sure how a blocked buyers list helps me with this issue.

might i suggest you scroll down a bit to the "Buyer Rules"

or, use the bulk editor for all your listings at once........

...from the bulk editor screen....

Bulk Edit ---> Preferences ---> Payment Options ---> (Pop-up) Require immediate payment ---> Check Box Remove from All

When I go to that page the only payment setting I see are for BIDDING or OFFERS, the old global setting for IPR on Fixed Price listings doesn't seem to be there.

I see that.....hmmmm...maybe someone can chime in here...I know I have both unchecked (always), and there is no "pre-register" on my items (last I checked)

I am trying it right now.....

I did scroll down, but I did not know what I was looking for. Finally figured out how to edit it in the listing form. Thank you everybody!

Buyers are told this is not possible as I have Payment Required Immediately selected.

Told by Ebay Customer Service, no doubt.

Customer Service might be wrong. The issue might be that the buyer is using one of the Seller Apps. It has never worked on the Apps. When a buyer tells me they can't, and I question them, the answer is always they are using a mobile app.
