Is there a way to send a bulk message to members, that bought from us, announcing the listing of similar items?

No, eBay generally does not permit sellers to use their messaging system to send spam.

 No bulk messages allowed but buyers can be sent email alerts 'new items from saved sellers'  but buyers have to add you to their "saved sellers list" sellers have no control over that
