When I first opened my store I listed a flat selling cost of $4.50 for the 7 ounce flat mailer with one magazine print ad. I have hundreds with the same flat cost in the description. USPS raised their rates so I changed the description to say one flat cost for any amount of items in that category. (I did not say $4.50) That is also on several hundred listings.
What I want to do is bulk find only the listings that mention the cost and replace it with the paragraph that says one flat cost. (hopefully bulk change also)
Can this be easily be done? After I get all the listings changed I will raise my shipping to probably $4.99 I will still lose money but not as much.

If you used the EXACT same copy you can bulk Find/Replace. I've done this exact scenario a few times now.
Bulk Edit, choose Item Description. Find text and Replace. You may have better success with 'match HTML source code' if you had colors or bold text etc. in the copy you need to edit.

The only way that I can think of to do it is in your active listings. There's a drop down menu that you can select items in your title, like magazine, and only those listings will be shown. You can then edit them in bulk. Unfortunately, you will be able to adjust the price in bulk, but a written description will have to be done one at a time, I believe.
Maybe someone else knows better than I and will pipe in, but that's the only way that I know how to do it.
