Hey guys, 

Want to offer customers who want to buy few pcs of a single item (underwear) special price. For example: 1 pcs cost $14.99 and for 2 pcs - $25.99, for 3 pcs - $34.99. How can I make this in my listings?

Under "Manage My Store" 

Use Manage Promotions.  You can set up promotions there.  These are some examples of promotions I've set up.

The 2 at 10% / 3 at 15% were on the same items.

There's many different ways to set up promotions.
