Re: Browser

It may be a Thursday night maintenance issue.

eBay performs site maintenance every week on Thurs PM and the gremlins often come out to play.

Re: Browser

Thank You ,

I'm having trouble creating a listing. When listings are made, the listings are refreshed once and return to the beginning of the listings. I'm not even allowed to submit a draft list, the same thing happens. I suspect this is a browser issue.

Re: Browser

What @downunder-61 said about Thursdays is true, but also, you can use any browswer you want.  You can switch browsers as much as you want.  You can have different ID's open in different browsers.  Whatever your heart desires, it doesn't matter to eBay.

Yes.  That's what I said.  You can do whatever you want browser wise.  eBay doesn't care at all.

The phone CSR's are in other countries & poorly informed.  You'll get better answers here.  eBay has been doing maintenance on Thursdays, for at least a decade, it's actually been longer than that.  But I'm not surprised they don't know.  Whenever glitches happen, the first thing to do is ask yourself if it's Thursday.  If it is, just wait & try again tmw.  I should flowchart that. ðŸ˜€

Re: Browser

Ok ,

I actually didn't know about Thursday's maintenance until you told me. That's why I was surprised. Thank you once again.

That choice is always up to you.  Whatever your personal preference is,

You haven't actually described what your problem is.  You simply asked about changing browsers.  It would be helpful if you would explain to us in detail what your issue is.
