I am extremely frustrated with eBay’s recent listing changes that removed the classic
shipping entry form and suggested shipping rates. This has slowed down my workflow and
made it harder to set competitive shipping prices. Templates and Business Policies don’t fix
the problem. I want the option to use the old method back. The previous format let me
quickly choose carrier, service, and see suggested costs all in one place. Please bring back
the choice to use the old form so sellers can work more efficiently.

Thanks for sharing this tip! I tried opting out, and while it does bring back the classic form and suggested shipping rates, I still have to manually set 30 day returns and 1 day handling on each listing. It's a step in the right direction, but I wish there was a way to keep those preferences saved so we don't have to redo them every time.

I think the only way to do that is to use the business policies.

eBay makes more $$ on advertising than anything. SO, everything now is to keep you on the site longer.
Both buyers and sellers.

I do not use business policies, I sell the same things most of the time so I just start with a item that is the correct category and use sell similar, everything carries over,

That info can be set in a Template as well.
