I am relative new to this forum, and have recently cancel all my listings, closed the store, and "gone on vacation".... but I will return.
Having worked for 60+ years, and had the opportunity in having a variety of great and appreciated jobs... one thing that I have always said, even to our children, is...…. "Always appreciate the people that have/do a job that you would not want to do."
To the people listed below, and others doing similar work to your positions:
You have my respect, gratitude, thanks, and a "Salute" to you.

Thank you, OP, it's so nice to see appreciation expressed!

Absolutely! They don't get enough praise for the hard work they do. And for having to deal with some of us that may be less than polite when explaining a problem or a subject we feel passionately about. Through it all they stay professional and get us the answers we need. Whether we like the answers or not is a completely different story. LOL

I have always said that most people are unappreciated, and it only takes a few seconds to express your appreciation, so I am glad to see someone else with this philosophy.
And of course, the Blues, as you say, deserve appreciation.

Good work is good work and they deliver often but I also don't think towing the line on bad policy is something to be commended.

I agree. I have seen them take much gruff and remain professional and polite. It can`t be any easy job.

I don't know how the "blue shirts" do it, I know I couldn't.
Try to do your best, keep up with the new information (they must dread the seller updates almost as much as we do), answer peoples questions and then get grief for trying to do their job.
They might not be perfect, but I feel they try to do their best.
