yes. you can find the items you cant sell in the eBay. when you are going below to eBay page you can find a tool called about eBay and there is another tool called verified right owner (vero)program. the link is given below.
I read the post the way that you did so that's why I asked what was the point of looking at the Vero list. There is no ban on selling brand name items as long as they are authentic. We don't have to be a 'verified seller' of any brands either. Yes, some brands will report a listing as counterfeit when in reality they just don't want their items sold on ebay but they are not supposed to do that and it isn't something that happens often with the majority of brand names.
