Brake pad vehicle compatibility

Is anyone having vehicle compatibility issues concerning the buyer looking up brake pads?  I had 5 buyers getting the wrong pads that were ordered between March 8-March 11. They were the only pads that I sold during that period and all of them were wrong. That is the same time that EBay was having problems and sales dropped to almost zero.

Re: Brake pad vehicle compatibility

Five different buyers ordered pads but the pads they received were not the ones they ordered?

Who does the packing and shipping for you?

If you are using a dropshipping supplier, you should be discussing this with them.

If you have an employees packing for you, some retraining may be in order.

If you do your own packing, and are sure you are sending the right pads, either your customers don't know what they are doing* or they are making false claims.

Since you allow returns, tell the buyers to open Claims so that you can send Return Shipping Labels.

Yes , this will cost you money.

When you get the pads back, you may be able to spot the problem. Refund promptly, then deal with correcting the problem.

If you don't get the pads back, you don't have to  refund. Block those sketchey buyers.

It's business, not personal.

*And the more wrong they are, the harder they will double down.
