Ebay doesn't print books.
Ebay is just a selling platform.
Your book has to be ready to sell and ship.

Are you in the US or somewhere else? As @inhawaii stated ebay doesn't provide printing services. Perhaps you could get on a google search and see what you can come up with. It's always helpful. You should also take the time read Ebay's policies, rules, etc concerning selling. Very important as a new seller.
I wish you good luck.

You just want to sell directly on the print on demand service website like Lulu.
As an unknown author your books would have basically zero chance of selling on ebay as they would have way too much competition from similar used books with known names that are available for cheaper shipped than your print cost.

KDP is Amazons' print-on-demand company. There are others. Read about the whole POD business and decide if that's a better route for you than having a load of your books printed by a vanity publisher and then trying to sell them yourself:

You can have them printed by Amazon, and then sell physical or ebooks here on ebay, or you can have them printed at Lightning Source, which is cheaper than a regular vanity print on demand if you're wanting the physical books. Either way, you're probably going to spend way more than you'll ever make. Everyone thinks there is money to be made by publishing their own books, trust me, I was in the publishing business for many decades and about 1% of the millions of books published every year ever see a dime in profit. And it's even worse after Covid, the publishing industry is on its ear.

Costco prohibits resale of their items for drop shipping. They can have you prosecuted.

There are a number of independent publishers who will publish a book for you (I assume you are talking about a hard copy book, not an ebook?) You can then sell your book here just like selling any other book here.

The best way is to get a local printing company to print up the books, then sell them on eBay and mail them through USPS. The post office will give you a lower rate if you use media mail.

I would go the eBook route. Why bother with paper.
