Blue ! in Status Column of Bulk Editing Tool

Hi, Please help with why am I getting a Blue ! in Status column of Bulk Editing Tool on my listings?  I have approximately 1600 listings and this is appearing on 3/4 of my listings. How can I fix this?  Thank you.

I know when the ! is red there is a note above the list on what the issue is.  I also recall seeing the blue ! but can't remember if there was a note of what it was for.

I’ve also been seeing the blue ! much more lately. It means that an item, if sold on offer, now does not qualify for immediate payment. Why? I do not know.

This blue ! I’ve seen only after I revise an old item or end/relist/sell similar. Something eBay has changed recently? Yesterday I revised 25 older items and now none of them qualify for immediate payment (blue !) if they sell on offer. 

Doesn't bother me too much, but not sure what eBay thinks this will accomplish and I haven’t found a way to change or update this when I see it. Just another useless change.

Thank you for responding.  When you click on the Blue ! it says this...

• The value specified is no longer supported in certain categories or sites.

I can't figure out what it no longer supports?
