Blocking messages per user?

Is there a way to block a user from messaging you? I don’t want to turn off messages altogether.

Add that buyer to your blocked buyers list and be sure to turn on the "Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me".

Account settings>selling preferences>blocked buyer list (edit)>managed blocked buyer list

I believe blocking buyers also prevents users from messaging you. Messages can still be sent in regard to a specific item that was purchased. User will also be blocked from purchasing your items.

.... or you could always do it the old fashioned way.

Just ignore them. They will eventually stop messaging you.

It also doesn't work if you've already replied or been in contact with someone.

The easiest way to handle is to simply delete without reading....

You can Block Messages, but I believe the other member can continue to have Messages delivered for 30 days after a Block if you have been in a transaction.

But @lamber9347  and @inhawaii are right.
Just delete without reading.

I block buyers, but I leave the ability to contact me available to them. LOL
