Blocking a buyer and what if help with a return?

Ok, someone bought a pair of designer shoes and now asked for a refund/return because she says they are fakes.  She said they have some pharse on them she hasn't seen before. First, I bought these from a High End store myself, personally so I know for a fact they are real. So I sent her an email but the return request page still had the same options for returns and didn't say what would happen next. So I hit the continue button to see what it said on the next page. I had no idea that when you hit the continue button you are accepting the return and there is no turning back. There should be a warning above that button. Anyway I don't recall ever seeing those words on the shoes and I am now concerned that she is going to return a fake pair back to me and not the ones I sent her. I know she is already lying about them because they are real and look absolutely real so I don't trust her. What happens if she sends me ones that are not mine? I am now worried that I did not take enough detailed photos of my item too.  She has like a 7 feed back so can I block future buyers who have low feedback? I can't find how to do it. Under preferences it will only let me block someone with a negative 1  or more feedback but not a low feedback. I really hate scammers on ebay. It just ruins it. What can I do?

You can't block buyers based on their feedback score unless their score is in the negative (as in "-1" is their feedback rating, or -3 and so on). That is very outdated now though because buyers can only receive negative feedback so you will probably never ever run into a buyer with a negative score. And remember, experienced members with higher feedback numbers can scam you just as easily and are more likely to know how ebay & paypal work and how to exploit their loopholes. There's not much you can if the buyer returns a different pair of shoes. Ebay will still make you refund. All you can do is report the buyer and file an IC3 internet crime report.

You cannot block those eith low or even no feedback.

You can't block low or no feedback bidders, but you can block them for other reasons:

This is not a 'lie', it is a disagreement.

Accept the return, which I gather is for Buyer Remorse.

She either will or won't return the shoes on her own dime.

If she doesn't, put her on your Blocked Bidder List and move on.

If she does, refund, put her on your Blocked Bidder List , relist the shoes, and move on.

It's business, not personal.

By the way, you could have avoided that neutral by putting actual measurements in the Description, since manufacturer's sizing is  meaningless.
