I realize that many sellers may not experience this. I am a buyer as well and know all too often a seller does not communicate unless pushed in that direction. Unfortunately for sellers like me that customize high ticket items. There is so much work put into it that sometimes the need for many emails before purchase is critical.
Twice now in the past two months, I have been blocked from sending another email with an error that says,
"You have exceeded the number of emails you are able to send in a day".
After further research, it was a measure eBay put into place to stop SPAMMERS. Yet like so many other things, they throw a blanket on something and cause issues for legit sellers. The irony is mind boggling. They force us to keep communication within eBay and then also have a blanket measure that limits the number of emails you can send in a day.
Spent an hour on chat just to find out that the person had no clue and was just combing through ebay to find a solution. After an hour, they send me to a section where I can change the number of emails I can view on a single page. (NOTHING to do with the question at hand).
I know if an ebayer tried to send a message and it said "blocked user" on their phone like it did this morning on mine, they would think I blocked them. It's embarrassing. I understand why eBay has the rule, but you cannot just set it up where you say sorry about your luck, try sending another email the next day. That is unacceptable to sellers that customize high end product and have the need for a lot of detailed communication.

You really have no descriptions at all on your items and the link you have in the See full item description link is 'not secure'
Give more descriptions and this may cut down on the amount of messages a buyer needs to send, as a buyer, I wouldn't be bothered going to that effort, sorry

But thankfully, they would not think you blocked them because it apparently does not say "blocked user".
As you stated above, instead it says "You have exceeded the number of emails you are able to send in a day" which should be pretty clear.

To clarify. My phone this morning only said "blocked user" and if you look up that, most articles state seller blocked the buyer.
When I got back, i logged onto my laptop. Thats when it gave me a more detailed message. Assuming phone platform is limited. So therefore If the buyer tried emailing this morning from phone, they may have seen same type of message
