Hello Guys!
I had the following problem with business policies profiles.
eBay automatically reassigns my payment, return and shipping policy.
I assign my own business policies for my listings - and after a while eBay reassigned automatically this business policies to business policies created by them with its settings.
For example, eBay automatically reassigned my shipping policies for 5141 listings with setting of blocking shipping to the main countries where I sell.
I sell a lot of items. My sales have declined very much in the last two months because I have big problems with business policies and I am now confused and do not know how to set up them correctly.
But I continue to pay for a subscription of 350 dollars.
Please, can someone help?
Thanks.
All regards

You are located in Ukraine and you may have different policies than us as this is a US board. Not sure if there is enough info for us to answer. Ebay sets the rules for us as guidelines for returns and shipping and we must follow their guidelines. As far as countries to ship to that is our choice.

I think it does not matter which country is the seller.
For example, one of my shipping policy has a shipping cost of $ 7.99 - but a new shipping policy that created by eBay has a shipping cost of $ 7.00. How is this even possible? Why eBay reduces shipping costs without my consent? Why the payment and return policies changes chaotic? I really do not understand anything. This is more like a system error...

I've been having problems with some of my shipping policies lately.
I only ship to the US because I don't want the hassles of shipping international.
I always check my new listings to make sure everything is correct.
I can check the listing a couple weeks later, and it will show shipping to US and Canada.
I check the policy and sure enough they have send to the global shipping center checked, so I uncheck it.
A couple weeks later I can check the listings again and it shows shipping to Canada, so I go uncheck it again.
If I wanted to ship to Canada, I would select Canada as a shipping location.
