On the seller hub, under shortcuts, I show 'cancel bids' at the top.
I'm not sure if you see the same. Also, Seller Hub is acting odd.
Good luck!

Go to the following to cancel the buyer's bid. State that the cancellation was requested by the bidder/buyer.

You can learn about managing bidders here.
I would also add them to your blocked bidder list.
Buyer requirements are set up here.

I never knew sellers could cancel buyer's bids. I do love blocking buyers though

Remember that you can't remove or a cancel a bid (I believe) close to when the auction ends (either 24 or 12 hours, I can't remember). One of my least favorite ebay experiences is when someone is the first bidder, puts a really high maximum bid, and then through the course of the week the item gets bid up to the cusp of the maximum. When they feel remorse about putting it so high, they wait until the last minute to see if someone is going to outbid them and then shortly before the auction closes ask for it to be cancelled.

There is no time limit on a seller canceling a bid. A seller can cancel any bid right up until the final minute of the auction.
The 12-hour limit applies to a bidder's ability to retract a bid: During the final 12 hours, the only bid that can be retracted is one placed within the past hour. And during the final 12 hours, a seller cannot cancel all the bids and end the listing early.
