I have not had one real buyer since I got on Facebook. How are they able to do this all the time and then almost all of my stuff for sell has be removed because of suspicion activity or wasn’t that persons account to buy stuff on. I still can’t find where it shows my credits. This needs to change or I will have to delete my stuff and warn others that it’s a waste of time now can you give me a total of credits and I really hope it didn’t come out of my account if so I’m going to be furious

We are eBay users like you. What does facebook have to do with eBay??

More and correct information is needed from you if we are to help.

I see a few things sold during August and a few live listings. What has been removed? And what's facebook got to do with your listings? I'm confused...

Ebay has nothing to do with Facebook.

Are you posting your listings on Facebook and getting a bunch of garbage buyers? If so, from what I've heard that's typical Facebook.

If you are "selling" items but not getting paid you need to file unpaid item disputes to get your fees back.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

@melst4509

The old mower you have listed, it isn't going to ship First Class.

You'll probably have to use UPS or FedEx.

Have a great day.

According to the listing, that mower shows US $4.05 shipping for my zipcode!

The OP would lose a lot of money there.

It shows $3.90 for me.

It's probably going to cost as much to ship it as they are asking for it.

Are you talking about using FaceBook to log in to eBay? I don't think anybody here really understand the correlation or what you're asking @melst4509

It was a mistake it was meant to say eBay but I am frustrated I haven’t sold to a person that has paid yet all waiting on payment or item removed for suspicious activity or person didn’t have a eBay count or didn’t have the authority to make purchase on listed account

Your eBay invoice detail will show every charge to your eBay account and show the date of the charge, the amount or the charge, the reason for the charge, and the item it relates to (if any).

It will also show any credits you have received.

Without knowing what you were charged for, it is impossible for us to give you any advice about whether those charges are accurate or not.

But in general, there are some charges that are not refunded even if there ends up not being a sale. And in other cases, you must file a dispute and complete the process in order for your fees to be refunded.

The mower would be better to sell on CL , Let go, or Offer up as it will be costly to ship and its size and weight after packaging will require a freight shipping service. With CL , Let go, or Offer up you could find a local buyer willing to do local pickup.

I agree with the others about selling on some other platform that is in your area verses here seeing your items are more suited for local pickup and looking over your listings you are not really up on how to ship these items anyway.  How were you going to fit that grandfather clock in a large flat rate box if it sold that way?

Before listing more stuff here please research and learn about how to pack items for shipping, how to ship  items and what it would cost to ship items.  This will save you a bunch of headaches in the long run. right now your greeness is showing in your listings so some  people are trying to take advantage of it and others are playing games with you.

good luck in the future on what you decide but if you stay please do a little more research first. if you don't stay, please research wherever you go first. seems you just jumped in head first and that is the wrong thing to do on any internet site out there and not just here. But with a little research ebay  could be a wonderful place to conduct business on.

Hello and welcome. I can see you are frustrated, so just take a deep breath. We can help you with a little bit of additional information from you.

Where do you see you owe $55, your eBay monthly invoice?  If so, you will need to address the charges before you can close your eBay account. It is not as simple as deleting your info. Your account balance must show zero before you can close it officially. If you had a sale that fell thru, eBay automatically and immediately charges the Final Value fee irregardless of no money changing hands. You have to file an Unpaid Item Dispute in order to get those fees credited back to your eBay account. Ebay is a business and it conducts itself as one, it is nothing like Craig's List or Facebook Marketplace. If you ignore the bill, eventually it will be sent to collections, so it is in your best interest to address it now. I have included instructions on how to do these things below. Please ask any questions if you need additional help. Good luck to you.
