Best offer option not showing up with fixed price.

What is the deal with the best offer option?  I just listed four items.  None of the listing pages had the option to add the best offer option but the first 3 automatically ended up with the best offer and the fourth did not.  They are listed in the same category.  Why can't Ebay just leave things alone when they work just fine the way they were?

If you are having an android phone you can google for ebay apk and download the version that released in June. The best offer option will show up.

Has anyone gotten an answer for this? I’m using the eBay app on my iPhone and I want to list my item FIxed Price with a Best Offer option. It isn’t there. I can do Auction Style with a Buy It Now, but there isn’t an option for me to do Best Offer with Fixed Price. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey guys, so I just listed it using the Fixed Price and the Best Offer was automaticity there! Sorry, I wasn’t able to delete my previous message, but wanted to let you all know that it just did it automatically for me. It did give me the option to remove the Best Offer option once I listed it. Strange. But it’s been a while since I sold on eBay so maybe this is just how they do it now. Thanks to all of you!

Yep, sounds just like eBay - no idea what's going on.  I've haven't had a satisfactory answer to any of my queries and this is the latest.
