This same problem seems to have happened in 2017 and is now happening again because every time I try to accept an offer from a seller it just bounces back to the main page, anyone know how to fix it

If the item is bouncing to the end page, you may already have been sold.

I have had th esame issue in and off. I go to my phone and accept it there.

same here.
countered a best offer twice so far and ebay keeps telling me I have an offer.
there is nothing saying I have countered anywhere.
edit: apparently, third times the charm. finally see a message that I countered.
