Best offer negotiated after buyers 4 offers were automatically declined

I am selling an item that I set a minimum best offer for what i'd be willing to take for the item.  A buyer made 4 offers below the minimum that were automatically declined.  Then he contacted me an is willing to pay the minimum I would take however he cannot submit another offer and I cannot send him an offer.  How can I make this sale happen?

Change the price of the item to the amount you two agreed. 

You will need to change from Auction to BIN -

Then the buyer can just buy it.

Go to listin, edit it, and lower the price. Advise prospective buyer that you ammended price to $$$, and see if he bites. If he doesn't, then maybe change back to original price. Good luck and happy selling.

You can lower the price to the amount agreed upon and he can just purchase it. If someone else snatches it, you will still get what you wanted.
